three bedroom corner of the exciting high-rise Surfside Resort. The entire
interior of Surfside Resort has been completely updated and remodeled as of
January 2005. We offer high speed wireless internet access and a fitness
room for our guests. Inside our condo all rooms have nine foot sliding
glass doors that open onto our enormous 45 ft. balcony. Enjoy fantastic
views of the sugar white sand beach and emerald green Gulf to the south,
coastal views to the southeast all the way to Panama City, and the
beautifully landscaped Seascape Golf Course and Destin Bay to the north.
Unique features of this building are air-conditioned interior hallways,
enclosed parking, over-sized heated swimming pool, and 24 hour security.
Each of the rooms is tastefully decorated with a beach decor. There are
three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master
suites with one of these suites being a self contained "lock-out" having
both a separate and an adjoining entrance.
The lock-out unit can be rented as a separate hotel room for 1-4 persons.
The queen size bed and love seat sleeper which opens to a full size bed is
perfect for Mom, Dad and 1-2 small children. A small refrigerator,
microwave, coffee pot, toaster and dishes are provided for our hotel room
guests that wish to prepare a few quick meals.
