| This Beachside Condo is on the south side of Scenic Highway 30-A, in the
heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, FL, between Destin and Panama City
Beach, and within 1 1/2 miles of the very popular Seaside community. The
beaches are world famous for their sugar-white sand, emerald waters,
amazing dunes lakes, and interesting wildlife.
Our second floor unit has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress in the
bedroom, built in bunk beds in the hallway, and a comfortable sleeper sofa
in the living room. The roomy floor plan offers privacy for each type of
sleeping area and the bathroom is easily accessible from each area. The
kitchen was totally remodeled in February 2011, with new cabinets, granite
countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern lighting. The balcony
offers a beautiful gulf view and has stools and chairs for your enjoyment.
Beachside Condominiums is a rather small complex which has it's own pool,
with an adjacent covered picnic area. The private beach access features a
roomy sitting deck at the top of the dunes. Beach umbrellas and chairs are
available from a private rental service on the beach daily.
Scenic Highway 30-A has a paved bike path, making it easy to take in the
beauty of the whole area. The state parks have walking trails and even some
off-road bike trails, as well as beach accesses that take you through
natural areas ending up on beautiful quiet beaches.
